North Forge is making effective strides to boost an early-stage investment ecosystem across Canada by announcing the creation of the North Forge Angel Network (NFAN)!
North Forge believes in a strong Manitoba economy fueled by angel investors with strong values. NFAN was created with support from the National Angel Capital Organization (NACO) to help founders launch companies with access to capital. NFAN is a new network of accredited individuals from Canada and the US who wish to invest in and provide mentorship to founders who are a part of the North Forge Founders Program.
By fostering connections with individuals, groups, and other partners that support early-stage investing and mentoring, the NFAN provides North Forge Founders with the ability to scale their companies and structure investment deals with our network of accredited investors. North Forge will be hosting deal screenings quarterly.
For entrepreneurs that wish to obtain access to our network, kindly note that participation in the North Forge Founders Program is required. All founders will be able to create data rooms through our licensed DealPoint platform. Click here for more information on the North Forge Founders Program.

If you are a non-accredited investor or new to investing, and interested in joining the North Forge Angel Network, we ask that you fill out the Expression of Interest Form as North Forge is able to provide online courses through NACO to help you on your journey to becoming an accredited investor.
