Bio
Matt is a serial entrepreneur specializing in helping impact-driven companies thrive. He has a comprehensive background in helping startups and founders transform their ideas into growing companies. Past success in scaling up early-stage companies includes PremiseHQ (COO), and ioAirFlow (President & CEO, company acquired in 2022).
Matt currently provides support to companies around the world, both through his company Leverage Point Consulting and in a volunteer capacity though Catalyste+, where he has worked across three continents.
Prior to becoming a full-time entrepreneur, Matt worked in the economic development world including North Forge Technology Exchange (Director of Programming), and Economic Development Winnipeg (Manager, Corporate Communications). Matt is a TedX Winnipeg speaker (2024), and Manitoba Communicator of the Year award recipient (CPRS, 2019).
Matt holds an MBA with a dual focus on Entrepreneurship, and International & Emerging Markets from the Asper School of Business.
