No, to effectively manage capacity, your rental agreement will only cover the specific location you choose, not both.
There are no hour restrictions; the facilities are open 24/7/365.
You’ll be provided with a key fob for 312 William Ave. and a swipe card for 100 Innovation Drive location. Both of which give you access to the space.
There is a one-time setup fee of $20 +GST. If your card becomes lost or stolen, there is a replacement fee of $20 +GST.
Yes! Please email info@northforge.ca and we can arrange a tour of your preferred coworking space location.
Parking is available at the Innovation Hub office for $75 per month plus GST, subject to availability.
Downtown Winnipeg City street parking is available for the FabLab location.
Rental agreements are on a month-to-month basis.
