User Experience Designer

We’re looking for somebody who is:

  • A conceptual thinker that can develop big ideas and solve problems through design
  • Has an in-depth understanding of the product vision to ensure alignment of the user experience amongst internal stakeholders
  • Able to design at a high-level while ensuring smaller features are consistent with the larger product vision and user experience
  • An effective communicator with external and internal stakeholders through the creation of design assets, including sketching, storyboarding, wireframing, prototyping
  • A self-motivated and continuously learner who tries new things – keeping yourself and the design team updated with the latest changes in your industry’s standards
  • Collaborative, open-minded and comfortable with constructive feedback
  • Detail-oriented, even under tight time constraints

User Experience Designer

  • 2+ or more of work experience in a similar position
  • Strong portfolio to be presented and defended during the interview
  • A degree or diploma in graphic design with a focus on UX design
  • Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, Sketch, Adobe XD and InDesign
  • Familiarity with responsive web design
  • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus to aid in prototyping interactions and responsive strategies
